Staff was helpful and friendly and upfront about costs regarding our pup's spay surgery. They were patient and compassionate with our pup, Daisy, who was pretty nervous being there. Dr. Topulos and the whole surgical team was great. Front desk was also super nice and helpful! We were able to have ortho take a look at Daisy's leg/hip while she was under anesthesia due to a limp we had noticed (Dr. Topulos suggested during the pre-surgical consult appointment that she may be able to get orthopedics to take a look) — she called us explaining everything and if we wanted to proceed with an x-ray. We did and unfortunately it looked like hip dysplasia but I'm very thankful we were able to get it all figured out and checked out in one go instead of multiple visits. The team at MAPCA-Angell West showed our pup compassionate care and were upfront about tests/costs before getting them done. We are grateful for their help and services!

The front desk and vet techs are always so polite and kind! Our appointments have never run late, and I appreciate that the waiting room has enough space to maneuver around multiple dogs and animals. I also appreciate the ease of booking appointments and how quickly and efficiently we can get in and out for our monthly appointments!

Dr Painter in dermatology was very caring about my pet's entire health and not just the derm issue we went in for. She was extremely knowledgeable and did not rush. She gave excellent care and I highly recommend her.

My initial consultation with Dr. Peterson was incredibly informative and she made me very confident that my dog would do well with his surgery - which he did! The entire team from the front desk to the nurses to your insurance coordinator were all outstanding and kind and helpful. It was a great experience and I'd never hesitate to bring either of my dogs back to Angell - they are an incredible team.
